Each day our students spend a portion of their time in a classroom environment learning anatomy, exercise physiology, exercise programming, nutrition, working with special populations and the business of personal training. The majority of time is spent in hands-on practical sessions throughout the gym where they learn a wide variety of exercise techniques as well as effectively working with the latest exercise and fitness equipment.

In six months, you will be in the best shape of your life and will have earned your diploma in personal training. If you choose to further your main NPTI credential, you will be eligible to sit for the NASM-CPT Certification exam, which makes your skills even more marketable.
